Return & Refund Policy
At Eye-C, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
-Fill out our Return Request Form
-Include a photo of the defect
-Provide your order number
We will verify the issue and contact our supplier for a replacement or refund.
Note: Only defects caused by the supplier are eligible for a replacement or refund.
2. Change of Mind / Wrong Size
For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or sizing issues:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery, Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Since some items are print-on-demand, returns for change of mind are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
